San Antonio is home to the largest ambulatory surgical center in the DOD; the only Level I DOD trauma center in the U.S., the center of military research on combat casualty care, and the hub of military medical training.

The new guide for military beneficiaries is your source for information on a variety of military health care services and online resources, which include TRICARE, MiCare and RelayHealth programs.
The guide includes instructions on how to enroll in several health care programs and a telephone directory for frequently called numbers.
